Copart UAE introduces its first residential and commercial court property auction, on January 28th at 10:00 AM GST. The auction will feature a total of 6 court-possessed properties, all located in Ras Al Khaimah. 

How to Participate:

To join the auction, members are required to submit a 20% refundable security cheque. This cheque, equivalent to your desired bidding power, ensures a seamless and secure bidding experience.

Please note that once the sale is approved by the court, payment must be made within 10 days, including the sale day. Members cannot request a sale cancellation after court approval.
